- A 90 day right to cure passed missed mortgage payments, and the lender must send this right to cure notice to the debtor, and
- The right to receive an invitation from the lender to pursue a mortgage modification which may provide more affordable monthly mortgage payments
Even after a foreclosure takes place, a debtor can attempt to negotiate a buy back of the property from the lender.
